Born and raised in Germantown, TN Lindsey has been involved in athletics and fitness all her life. She started gymnastics at a young age and became a Junior Olympic Gymnast before switching to competitive cheerleading in middle school. Lindsey earned a full scholarship for cheerleading to the University of Tennessee where she was named All-American. Wanting to pursue her passion for sports and fitness, she graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management.
After hearing about Pure Barre from several friends, Lindsey decided to give it a try and started taking classes at the Nashville studio. She immediately fell in love with the technique and saw her muscles transform into a longer, leaner shape after only a couple weeks. Lindsey is excited to be working with her sister Kimberly to bring Pure Barre to her hometown of Germantown, TN!
