Growing up in Ohio, Meredith studied ballet for most of her young life. Her passion for health and fitness carried her to college where she graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a degree in fitness and health promotion. Along with her degree and her passion for fitness, Meredith completed two half marathons, was dedicated to a diverse fitness regimen, and was working toward her personal training and spin certification. Then she had the opportunity to experience Pure Barre. She instantly fell in the love with the technique and became an instructor at Pure Barre Birmingham where she excelled in learning and teaching. During her year at Birmingham, her passion for the technique grew for the business and the clients. “I have always wanted to own my own business and incorporate teaching fitness. As a pure barre franchisee, I get to follow my dream” Meredith opened her first pure barre studio in February 2011 in Huntsville, AL. She is excited to launch her second studio in Madison, AL & third in Hudson, OH.
