Your Pure Barre workout begins with a warm-up routine, and you'll tone your upper body by using light resistance for a strong and slender look. Then, we go to the barre where focused movements target your thighs, hips and seat. Core exercises are incorporated as well. Our relaxing cool-down routine is a time to stretch and get flexible. No two classes are alike, so you can come enjoy our rejuvenating atmosphere and get a great workout.
At Pure Barre, we offer hands-on group fitness with the feel of personal training. Our Pure Barre Classic sessions provide a low-impact, full-body workout, and if you're new, Pure Foundations will teach you the basics. If you're on your way to work or you're taking a lunch break, Pure 45 is a slightly shorter version. Want a more challenging burn? The longer Intensive or Breaking Down the Barre classes give students the tools to push themselves and dig deeper into the technique.
