Our workouts give you a time and space where you can block out the worries of life and to focus on toning your body. We start out with stretches and weight lifting to warm up and to tone your muscles. At the barre, you will do a series of exercises specifically designed to work the thighs and seat. Following the ballet barre, we guide you through abdominal exercises and a series of stretches to cool you down. Every workout is a unique experience with different music and exercises designed to challenge your body, so it’s never the same workout twice.
Our Pure Barre teachers offer encouragement and support during every session, helping you to push yourself to meet your personal fitness goals. Our location is proud to offer specialty classes on a weekly basis, including Intensives, the Pure Empower cardio-centric workout, Breaking Down the Barre classes that help you master Pure Barre techniques, and Pure Barre Foundations -- a class for those new to Pure Barre workouts.
