Pure Barre's energetic workout begins with an invigorating warm-up routine and focused isometric movements to tone the triceps, biceps and shoulders. At the barre, we work our thighs and strengthen our seat muscles for that gracefully athletic physique. Then, we'll work on our cores and have a relaxing cool-down routine to end the workout. You'll love the flow, and no two classes are ever the same.
Our motivated trainers love to help you succeed by guiding you through a challenging and results-driven workout. We offer specialty classes including our cardio-intensive Platform and Full Body Burn classes to kick-start your metabolism. If you're new to Pure Barre, you'll have a great time in our Foundations and Breaking Down the Barre classes to get you started on your fitness journey.
