As many in the fitness world would likely attest, working out alone can be quite the drag if you need extra encouragement and accountability in order to be successful at the gym. Over the years, however, group fitness classes have become a staple in gyms and fitness centers across the country. When working out with a group, or even with one partner, it becomes much easier to remain “in the zone” and get the most out of your workout, especially when compared to data gathered on solo fitness journeys.
