Pure Barre classes are designed to give you a great, intense workout. You'll start with a warm-up in the center of the room, followed by arm exercises with light weights. We'll then head to the barre for what's perhaps the most famous part of the Pure Barre technique: a set of challenging moves that will tone your thighs and lift your behind. These moves are followed by ab work and then a cooldown. The flow of the class always stays the same, but the moves and the music are always changing!
