If you’re tired of your mundae gym routine, come try a full body workout that will tone your body and clear your mind in a positive and fun environment. Pure Barre is a high intensity, low impact group exercise class. Our Gainesville, Florida studio is conveniently located in Millhopper Square, making it easily accessible from Tioga, Jonesville, Archer, Newberry, and all other surrounding areas. We welcome those of all fitness levels to join us!


Our Pure Barre workouts are effective and efficient. Although the structure of each of our classes are the same, our exercises and upbeat music change frequently so you will always have a new and exciting workout. We begin each class with a few warmups to prepare your muscles and mind, before transitioning into body weight resistance exercises to sculpt and tone your seat, arms, core, and thighs. We always end with a cooldown and stretches to promote long and lean muscles.

You will be challenged throughout each class by one of our Pure Barre teachers. They are passionate about you becoming the healthiest version of yourself, and will encourage you to reach your full potential. They provide you with guidance on any questions you may have on our techniques and form. You will leave class feeling energized and motivated for your next workout.
