Welcome to Pure Barre! Our studio is in the heart of Metairie, Louisiana, not far from the Interstate 610/Interstate 10 interchange. We serve New Orleans and its suburbs with regular workout sessions that help clear not only the body but the mind as well. If you're a corporate employee, self-employed, a student, a parent, a grandparent, a support provider, or anyone else, we want you to be part of our community for health and mindfulness.
We begin each of our sessions with a warmup to stretch muscles and get the blood flowing. This is followed by a mix of low-impact, high-intensity stretching, weight exercises, and cardio which help tone arms, legs, abdomens, and seats. Throughout the session, we'll help you concentrate on the exercises while blocking out everything else.
The teachers at our studio are some of the best in the area. They make sure everyone feels comfortable in their classes while also motivating participants to be the best they can to achieve the necessary results. In addition to classic Pure Barre sessions, some teachers also conduct Pure Empower sessions for those looking for additional cardio.
We do not discriminate on the basis of fitness level at Pure Barre. Whether you're a beginner, an expert, or someone who stopped coming for a long period time and has returned, we'll make sure you feel comfortable and part of the mindful community we are growing.
