Looking for a workout that targets those hard-to-tone muscles in your core, arms, and legs? And one that will improve your posture, and that is even fun to do? Pure Barre is for you.

Though every class is unique, each class shares the same basic structure. The workout begins with a warmup and then work the arm muscles with light weights. While standing at the barre, we do repetitions of isometric exercises and stretches that are designed to strengthen the legs and seat. Next, we tone the core with a series of abdominal exercises. At the end of each class, a series of cool-down exercises help get your heart back down to a comfortable resting rate.

Our teachers are highly skilled in Pure Barre techniques, and know how to get you to challenge yourself in positive ways. Most of our students begin seeing changes in their bodies after taking only 10 classes. We recommend that students who want to resculpt their body contours sign up for at least four classes a week. In addition to our basic class, our studio offers three specialty classes: Barre Intensive Class, Bring on the Men, and Full Body Burn.

Pure Barre classes offer something for every person who’s interested in becoming physically fit -- whether you are an office worker, a student, a runner, or someone who likes that endorphin high. Since our workout is low-impact, it’s especially good for individuals who don’t want to put too much pressure on their joints.
