At Pure Barre, our workouts will tone your body and put your mind at ease. At our studio in Mooresville, North Carolina, we offer classes that will help you gain strength and confidence. We are conveniently located by the Harris Teeter on the corner of Brawley and Williamson across from Brooklyn Pizza and by Joel's Sushi. We want to go above and beyond to inspire your fitness goals!
Simply put, Pure Barre is a group exercise class that focuses on muscle development. The workout incorporates aspects of Pilates, light weight work, and ballet conditioning for a full body workout. The exercises use your body weight as resistance to isolate and tone the arms, core, thighs, and seat. Our workouts are paired with upbeat music, and along with the exercises, change frequently so that you always have a different workout. You will leave feeling refreshed and motivated.
Throughout your class, you will be led by one of our Pure Barre teachers. They will encourage you to challenge yourself through the workout and will provide you with guidance on our form and techniques. They create a positive and fun environment, and are passionate about your success on your fitness journey.
