We're located in historic Palmer Square in downtown Princeton, New Jersey, and we offer classes to Hopewell and the surrounding suburbs. From athletes to teachers, working moms to caretakers, our welcoming and accepting community works to lift each other up and to inspire one another's fitness journeys.
The Pure Barre workout utilizes ballet-inspired isometric movements that challenge many muscle groups at once. After a warmup at the center of the room, we move into arm work, targeting problem areas like the triceps. From there, you'll use the barre to work on your legs and seat. It's totally normal if you start shaking! We'll do ab exercises after the seat work to flatten and strengthen your middle. All classes end with a short cooldown. Each class follows the same format, but the music and exercises are always changing.
Our teachers lead, coach, and encourage the class. They're ready to help clients modify the movements to accommodate different fitness needs. Classes are always small, no more than 20:1, so you'll always get a clear view of the instructor and personalized attention. In addition to Pure Barre Classic, the traditional barre class, we offer Pure Barre Platform classes that put a cardio twist on the classic barre workout. We also offer Pure Barre Foundations classes, which are a great way to familiarize yourself with the Pure Barre approach.
