new mom of triplets, Stephanie Blodget
Did you do PB during your pregnancy?
I did Pure Barre throughout my entire pregnancy while I was carrying my triplets. It was something I did for my personal well-being and sanity during a tough pregnancy and which made me feel physically strong and healthy, but I also know that it was beneficial to my babies and their growth that I maintain an appropriate level of physical activity. I was able to continue to maintain and build the strength throughout my entire pregnancy. With small variations I was able to do most exercises and still get the results that I wanted. I carried my triplets for 35-weeks with no bed rest or complications and I know that staying physically fit and showing up to my Pure Barre classes throughout my pregnancy played a significant role in this!!!
How did PB help you bounce back after your baby was born & did it work quickly?
It was like riding a bike!!!! As soon as I got cleared by the doctor I was back in class. My abs were completely separated by the end of my pregnancy and within a few months of consistently coming to class I was able to rebuild my abdominals from the inside out and my core strength was stronger than ever. Pure Barre brought me back to my pre-pregnancy weight within a few months of delivery.
Why did you choose PB as your pre & post baby workout?
I chose Pure Barre for my pre and post workout because I know it works! I saw how quick my healing time from labor and delivery was from my previous pregnancy and knew I would be able to recover from the triplet’s pregnancy with the same results. Not only did I see the benefits PB had on my body, it also kept me strong and healthy while carrying the babies.
