Yes, I did Pure Barre throughout my entire pregnancy! I attended class five to six times a week.

Pure Barre was great when I was pregnant—I knew I could still get a great workout and the encouragement that I would get from all of the instructors was great motivation. They were always there to help me with modifications to any exercises that I was having trouble with. I knew Pure Barre would be the quickest way to get back to my pre-baby shape, while also giving me an hour to focus on myself and clear my mind from all of the worries that come with being a new mom.
