Did you do PB during your pregnancy?
Yes, I started PB 4 months before I got pregnant and continued until I was 38 weeks along.
How did PB help you bounce back after your baby was born & did it work quickly?
It absolutely worked quickly! I was back in my pre pregnancy jeans within 2 weeks of having my son. Thanks to PB I was able to stay toned throughout my pregnancy which helped that extra body weight just melt away.
Why did you choose PB as your pre & post baby workout?
After doing a few years of Pilates I was no longer seeing a change and had become bored with the same routine. Within a few weeks of PB I immediately saw a difference in my body and to this day still find each class to be different and exciting. I found PB to be the perfect workout during my pregnancy because of the precise targeted movements. I was able to follow along with the class without having to make too many modifications which helped me continue to tone my arms, thighs and seat. After my pregnancy, it was thanks to the intense ab section that I was able to get back to my pre baby self.
