Did you do PB during your pregnancy?
Yes, I did PB during my pregnancy. I tried to squeeze in 5 classes a week. I took my last class 5 days before Lily was born.
How did PB help you bounce back after your baby was born & did it work quickly?
PB helped me keep my thighs and seat in great shape throughout my pregnancy. I was even able to do ab work throughout, which helped strengthen my core and, in turn, helped me bounce back almost immediately. I returned to class 11 days after Lily was born. I am five weeks out now and am definitely stronger, more flexible, and look better than I did before I started PB.
Why did you choose PB as your pre & post baby workout?
PB Huntsville opened in Feb 2011 so I thought I'd try it out. I did it about 3 times a week for 6 weeks before I found out I was pregnant. I was already seeing some results, so I decided to stick with it, step it up a bit, and continued to see results throughout my pregnancy.
As far as why I chose it for post baby workout...There is no way I would quit now!
