Did you do PB during your pregnancy?
Sadly, I didn't learn about PB until just after my second child was born. I started one month after my c-section.

How did PB help you bounce back after your baby was born & did it work quickly?
I lost the weight after my first pregnancy but could never get my shape/figure back the same. Doing PB consistently 4 times a week did the trick. It was like magic that my mid-section tapered back, and I am in better shape now than ever before! I noticed the changes right away, but I would never stop because 2 1/2 years later my body is still changing, getting stronger.

Why did you choose PB as your pre & post baby workout?
Post baby workout- I was simply HOOKED on the technique and saw results right away. It's fun, and effective!
