Did you do PB during your pregnancy?
I was not doing PB during pregnancy because I didn't know about it. It would have been a wonderful option because I had a complicated pregnancy which kept me from doing high impact exercises in the first and last trimesters. I ended up gaining 55 pounds.

How did PB help you bounce back after your baby was born & did it work quickly?
At 37 years old, I had a c-section on September 23, 2011 so my core was compromised. I had a c-section six years earlier. As soon as I was released by my OB at six-weeks post partum in early November, I signed up for my first PB class at 155 pounds. By the end of November, I was down to 133 pounds. At my daughter's four month checkup I weighed 123 pounds and I was back in my size 0 jeans.

Why did you choose PB as your pre & post baby workout?
I had a conversation a few weeks before I delivered with a colleague from California who had her baby in January 2010 . She had an amazing figure and she shared she had been taking barre classes in California where she lived. I had seen the Pure Barre studio in my neighborhood, but had no idea what it was until she explained it to me. She was a walking testimonial. I got online that night and read everything I could about the PBT and success stories from people who had done Pure Barre post-partum. I knew it was going to be the key to getting my figure back quickly.
