Did you do PB during your pregnancy?
Yes. I taught and took pure barre through all 3 trimesters. I stopped at about 37 weeks and gave birth to a healthy baby boy 2 weeks later. At pure barre I was able to get a great workout and know that my baby was safe by making a few modifications. Strong legs and seat are necessary for pregnant woman to help carry the added weight of the growing belly. I modified the abdominal sections as my belly grew and took breaks when needed. I left every pure barre class feeling strong and healthy.

How did PB help you bounce back after your baby was born & did it work quickly?
Because I took pure barre throughout my pregnancy, my arms, thighs, and seat were already strong. I was afraid that it would take a long time to get my abs back after the baby, but I was surprised at how quickly I regained my ab strength. The small isometric movements and curls for abs were the perfect exercises to re tone my abdominal muscles after the birth of my baby. Seven months after giving birth I feel even stronger than I did before my pregnancy. Thanks pure barre!

Why did you choose PB as your pre & post baby workout?
I was already teaching pure barre when I became pregnant and knew that I would continue throughout my pregnancy. I love that I leave every pure barre class feeling stronger, motivated, and relaxed. Now that I'm a busy mom, I appreciate the 55 minute class even more. I love that I can get an awesome full body workout in only an hour.
