Did you do PB during your pregnancy?
Yes, I did Pure Barre throughout my entire pregnancy. I taught and took it right up to the day I delivered Lincoln. My water actually broke while I was teaching class- he decided to come 2 weeks early. Pure Barre made a huge impact on my delivery as well- I only pushed for 1 hour.
How did PB help you bounce back after your baby was born & did it work quickly?
I started taking and teaching again 4 weeks after I delivered Lincoln. My body definitely bounced back quickly. During my pregnancy I gained 50 pounds and Pure Barre helped me lose all of that, and more. A majority of the weight I gained during my pregnancy went right to my butt and thighs (of course) and Pure Barre helped me target those areas completely. Pure Barre helped me get into better shape than I was prior to having Lincoln.
Why did you choose PB as your pre & post baby workout?
I have been teaching and taking Pure Barre now for 6 years. I use to be a huge gym rat and as soon as I started PB I took myself out of the gym atmosphere entirely. Pure Barre has been the best workout for my body. It is the only thing that has completely changed and reshaped my figure. Pure Barre is a huge part of my life. I teach around 15 classes a week and I take at least 6 classes a week.
