As a business professional and Pure Barre instructor, Lauren McComb always balances a healthy lifestyle while taking the time to help others. Lauren is a highly motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial background.
Lauren was born in Sarasota, FL and attended Riverview High School. She was an outstanding student as well as a member of the cheerleading, tennis and track teams. In 2001 she was nominated for National Cheerleader of the Year award where she competed as the only representative from the area. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Lauren was president of her sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon and a member of the business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. Upon graduation, Lauren became a Financial Advisor and has worked in the financial services industry for over six years. Lauren has always taken great pride in going the extra mile to help her clients and make sure they have a lasting impression.
Lauren has always maintained a commitment to a healthy lifestyle which was inspired by her mother, Elle McComb. Lauren has been cheering since she was eight years old and has always been involved in many fitness activities. Whether it is tennis, running or working out, Lauren has always been passionate about being fit and teaching others. Lauren began teaching Pure Barre in August of 2011 and gets great satisfaction in helping others learn the proper Pure Barre technique. Lauren believes Pure Barre is the ultimate full-body workout that not only provides outstanding results, but makes working out more enjoyable and fulfilling. Lauren has seen Pure Barre transform her body and elongate her muscles giving her the results she has always wanted.
With Lauren's passion for Pure Barre and desire to help others meet their personal goals, she and her mother are excited to be sharing Pure Barre with the Tampa Bay area.
