I bought all the podcasts when I moved away from Denver. I have been doing them religiously for over a year. I have done them at campgrounds all over the U.S., hotel rooms, people's lawns...everywhere! This one has a great warm up with a full push up series. While there's no arm series with weights, I just add it in myself. Legs, seat, and abs are just as killer as in the studio. There's no round or flat back abs, or the seat at the end, but you still get one of the best workouts around! And, at 35 minutes, and no studio to drive to, you can do do it every day of the week.
