The beauty of Pure Barre is that you can get a total body workout in just 55 minutes at a time that works best for your schedule. Each class is designed to be effective for people at all levels of experience and fitness. The positions and movements are basic - it's how deep you work in them that makes the difference. We are constantly changing our music and moves to keep each class fresh and challenging. In fact, you should never experience the exact class twice! Many studios do choose to offer a few specialty classes and intensives to spice up their schedules. Check with your local studio to see what they have coming up.

Breaking Down the Barre

Intensive: Fab Abs

This 75 minute workout offers the Pure Barre total body workout, but with additional intense abdominal work to burn away fat and leave you with toned, sculpted, sexy abs.

Intensive: Slenderize Outer Thighs

This 75 minute workout offers the Pure Barre total body workout, but with additional intense seat work to taper in that stubborn outer thigh area and tighten up the waist.

Intensive: Lifted Seat

This 75 minute workout offers the Pure Barre total body workout, but with additional intense seat work to lift, tighten, and tone your seat by the end of class.

Intensive: Bye Bye Inner Thighs

This 75 minute workout offers the Pure Barre total body workout, but with additional intense thigh work to sculpt the inner thighs, leaving them slender and sexy.
