At Pure Barre, our group exercise classes focus on muscle development while incorporating aspects of Pilates, ballet conditioning, and light weight work all at the ballet barre. These exercises will use your body weight as resistance to tighten and tone your abs, thighs, seat, and arms. Although our exercises are high in intensity, they are low in impact to protect your joints. Our classes will help you to clear your mind while you are focusing on your workout, helping you to feel relaxed and energized.
