If you're in Tucson, AZ and looking for a change in your mundane workout routine, you're going to love Pure Barre! Ours is a full-body, low-intensity workout that uses a combination of light weights, floor work, and a ballet barre, and we'll help you to tone and tighten your muscles. We're located near Oracle and Ina by the Whole Foods, and we're easily accessible to anyone in Tucson or Oro Valley.
Our exercises work amazingly well on their own or as cross-training. Every class begins with a fun warmup using isometric exercise and light weights to tone and target your arms before we move to the ballet barre. At the barre, we strengthen our seat and thighs, stretching and lengthening our core before our cooldown. With different music and exercises each time, no class is alike. Your class will keep you on your toes, and will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.
Each of our classes are taught by one of our positive teachers. They will provide you with guidance on our technique in an encouraging way and will challenge you to push yourself to your best ability. We also offer specialty classes for those looking to add cardio to their workout, and classes for those who want to focus on form in a more intimate setting.
