Pure Barre is a lifestyle! It’s taught me to be strong even outside of the studio. The Pure Barre mentality of never giving up and pushing yourself helped me run my very first 10k without any training. Going in, I wasn’t sure if I could make it, but after every mile I knew I could run another. I never stopped running till I hit the finish line, and I know Pure Barre helped me do that. – Ariel
