Pure Barre workout classes always begin with a few warm-up exercises. Our warm-ups aren't complicated, and we use various fitness tools to prepare specific muscle groups. When everyone has successfully warmed up, the teacher will lead you through exercises designed to build longer, leaner muscles. The main workout at the barre is intense and challenging, focusing on working the thighs and seat. Finally, there are ab exercises followed by stretching during a cooldown.
Our workouts are low impact but high intensity, so they are safe for people of all fitness levels. We welcome locals who are ready to work toward their unique fitness objectives, and offer a specialty class called Breaking Down the Barre to educate people about Pure Barre techniques and workouts.
