When engaged in our class, attendees will start with a warmup, power through a full-body workout, and end with a relaxing cooldown. With their low-impact, comprehensive workouts, our classes can improve your physical and mental strength simultaneously. What makes these sessions so unique is the combination of energetic music and effective exercises within a supportive community of individuals with common goals.
Each class is led by an instructor whose sole purpose is to guide participants through an enriching mental and physical routine. The goal is to push every person to his or her best self while creating noticeable physical results. This program utilizes extra platforms and weights, and it is intended to complement our standard exercise classes.
