My time is limited and valuable - Pure Barre gives me an intense full body workout in 55 minutes!
I love that it's a physical workout but anyone can do it, regardless of age or activity level or body type. Most importantly, it's 55 minutes to myself, where I can focus only on me and know that I'm starting my day on a positive note.
I've run 2 marathons and my body looks and feels stronger after 10 Pure Barre classes than it did after my first or second marathon.
My body is more toned than it has ever been--my arms, abs, thighs, and seat have all been tightened and lifted. I have also made amazing strides in my flexibility and balance.
I have seen inches melt away. I see my waist again and love the sculpting in my arms and legs. I am stronger and have more stamina. The workout never gets easier, and I am proud when I can finish a workout.
Pure Barre is a perfect storm of things that I love that make me feel my best! It's a culmination of exercise, positive attitudes, friendships and support.

I have seen results in as little at ten classes. Not only do I feel stronger, but I have lost a solid 1/2 inch all around my body (calves, thighs, waist, hips and arms)!
Being an athlete my whole life, I have trained in a multitude of ways: cross training, weight lifting, long distance running, and yoga, but I have never seen results as drastically and as quickly as I have with Pure Barre.
The full hour of concentrating on myself and my body is like mindful meditation. I forget all the stresses of everyday life, and when I leave I am refreshed and ready for the day! I also love the re-shaping of my body.
