Pure Barre's energetic workout begins with an invigorating warm-up routine and focused isometric movements to tone the triceps, biceps, and shoulders. At the barre, we work our thighs and strengthen our seat muscles for that gracefully athletic physique. Then, we'll work on our cores and have a relaxing cool-down routine to end the workout. You'll love the flow, and no two classes are ever the same because we vary up the movements and music.
Our motivated teachers love to help you succeed by guiding you through a challenging and results-driven workout. We offer specialty classes to kick-start your metabolism. If you're new to Pure Barre, you'll have a great time in Barre classes!

Even though a Pure Barre workout is challenging, it's fun and safe: Your teacher can suggest a modification if a particular movement is either too difficult or too easy for your fitness level.
