PURE BARRE OC IS HIRING

We are looking for energetic, passionate, driven, and positive individuals with a love for fitness to join our team. Our Teachers enjoy connecting with people and building strong, authentic relationships with those they meet. Our studio is a supportive community and we take great pride in ensuring that it is a place where people want to be. Above all, Pure Barre teachers love the technique and value its integrity. This is a great position for someone looking to make a significant impact people's lives through health and wellness.

Responsibilities: 


  • Plan for and teach early morning, mid-day, and/or evening classes on weekdays and/or weekends

  • Interact with clients before or after class to answer questions and provide feedback

  • Foster a sense of community within and outside the studio and encourage others to embody the Pure Barre lifestyle

  • Attend employer-paid training and pass the certification process


Requirements: 

  • Confident, authentic, outgoing, and upbeat personality

  • ‪Positive and welcoming attitude

  • ‪Passion for people, teaching and fitness. Must already live a healthy lifestyle.

  • ‪Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills

  • ‪Excellent attention to detail

  • ‪Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team

  • ‪Team player with an ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback

  • ‪Driven by integrity with a commitment to company values and culture

  • Strong background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or musical theater preferred. Pure Barre experience is highly recommended!

  • ‪A sense of humor, positive outlook, empathy and work ethic

  • ‪Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment

  • ‪Ability to follow choreography, understand musicality, and can find the bottom of an 8 count

  • ‪Ability to travel to and from studio

  • Available to teach a minimum of 3 classes per week (potentially including weekends)

  • Available to take a minimum of 2 classes per week

The Pure Barre Sales and Service Team has a part-time opening.

In addition, the candidate must be available to work a rotating weekend morning shift.


  • Sales/Retail experience encouraged to apply

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Authorization to work in the United States required


Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 450 franchise locations in the United States and Canada. We are currently expanding our team in Orange County and seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand on the Seacoast.

The Sales Associate's main responsibility is driving studio sales of packages and retail. He or she will have strong multitasking skills. The potential candidate can juggle daily tasks, while interacting with clients to create a supportive and meaningful community.

Job Duties: 

  • Greet clients as they enter with 1-on-1 personal interaction

  • Lead new clients through on-boarding process with waiver and introduction

  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries

  • Maintain accurate records using established sales system

  • Help clients determine which package best fits their needs

  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions

  • Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients

  • Input inventory for retail clothing and other items

  • Attend and complete all relative training programs

  • Take pictures for social media platforms

  • Clean retail area, studio, and restrooms


Job Qualifications: 

  • Previous sales and fitness experience

  • Proven sales skills

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Functional computer skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
