There is a comfortable routine to our workouts. We'll always warm up in the center of the room, and then light weights are used to lengthen and strengthen the arms. Next, the class moves to the ballet barre, where we tone the hips, thighs, and legs with non-impact movements. The class always ends with abs and a cooldown. While the routine stays the same, you can expect different exercises at every stage to keep your body active.
