Our Pure Barre workout is pure fun! At the beginning of every class, we do floor exercise with light weights and isometric exercises to work those hard-to-tone arms before moving to the barre. There, we stretch and strengthen our thighs and seat muscles for that long, lean dancer’s physique. Finally, we focus on those crucial core muscles before a relaxing cooldown. You’ll enjoy the flow, and no two classes are exactly the same. We love to mix things up for you!
Our awesome trainers Moleeay, Victoria, Jackie, Jillian, and everyone at Pure Barre will love seeing you succeed by guiding you to a great form and a challenging workout.
