When you're ready to get fit and to join a supportive community, our Pure Barre studio in New York, New York, is a wise choice. We offer a safe and effective workout that will maximize your time in our studio. Our sessions are ideal for stay-at-home parents, working professionals, students, and anyone else who wants to burn calories and gain lean muscle. Our location is on Pearl Street between Maiden and Pine Streets. People throughout the Tribeca neighborhood also maximize their exercise time by visiting us.

Our workouts will involve your entire body. We begin with stretches and move into weightlifting exercises. Most of the session is spent at the ballet barre where you will perform isometric exercises that work individual muscles in your buttocks, thighs, hips, and calves. At the center of the studio, you will do some abdominal exercises and spend a few more minutes with finishing stretches. For fun, we change up the exercises and the music from class to class.

Our instructors will take pride in helping you build self-confidence. They can help you with setting goals and working toward those objectives. They'll also provide encouragement and tips about how to do an exercise or how to maintain good posture. Our location also offers Pure Foundations for beginners and themed classes for fun events. Our Pure Intensives class delivers a vigorous cardio workout.
