A good workout can do tremendous things for your body and your mind. At Pure Barre, we aim to do exactly that. Our studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada, is located at Kitsilano and Yaletown. Classes are offered for people from North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond.
The Pure Barre experience begins with a group warm-up. Next, we do some arm exercises using light free weights. We then transition to the ballet barre to do thigh exercises and seat work. The class winds down with abdominal exercises and cool down stretching. The class is paired with upbeat and motivating music, leaving you feeling re-energized and ready to take on your busy day.
Each class is led by one of our motivating teachers. They are passionate about helping you succeed and will answer any questions you might have along the way. If you need an exercise modified for an easier workout, your teacher will help you feel comfortable while still encouraging you to challenge yourself.
People of all fitness levels are welcome to join us for an energetic and effective class.
