A good workout can do tremendous things for your body and your mind. At Pure Barre, we aim to do exactly that. Our studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada, is located at Kitsilano and Yaletown. Classes are offered for people from North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond.
The Pure Barre experience begins with a group warm-up. Next, we do some arm exercises uses weights. After that, it's time for the ballet barre to do thigh exercises and seat work. The class winds down with abdominal exercises and a final cool-down routine. After all that, we are rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of the day.
Each class is taught by an experienced and motivating trainer. Our instructors are passionate about helping you succeed and will answer any questions you might have along the way. If you need an exercise modified for an easier workout, our trainers will help you feel comfortable while still encouraging you to challenge yourself.
