If you’re ready to gain strength and tone your body, it’s time to try Pure Barre. Our studio in Napa, California offers full-body fitness classes in a positive and safe environment. We are conveniently located off of Highway 29 in the Bel Aire and Whole Foods plaza. Our workouts are effective and efficient, but easy to fit into a hectic schedule. Come lift, tone, and burn your way to a healthier body with Pure Barre!

Each of our workout classes incorporate the ballet barre and aspects of Pilates, ballet conditioning, and light weight work to focus on muscle development. Through body weight resistance, you will isolate specific muscle groups such as the abs, arms, seat, and thighs. These small movements will tone and strengthen your muscles. Although the structure of each class is similar, we frequently change the exercises and upbeat music so that you will always leave feeling refreshed and motivated for your next workout.

You’ll be led by one of our empowering Pure Barre teachers. Throughout the class, they will encourage and challenge you to push yourself for the best workout possible. They provide guidance on our techniques, and genuinely want you to succeed along your fitness journey. Along with our Pure Barre classics, we also offer specialty classes for those looking to elevate their heart rate through cross-training. For beginners looking to gain confidence in our form, we offer an introductory class in a small group setting.

Our workouts are low impact to protect your joints, and are beneficial for any and all fitness levels. Whether you are just beginning your love for fitness, or you are considered a seasoned athlete, our workouts will help you achieve your fitness goals by increasing your strength, flexibility, and endurance.
