Pure Barre in Redondo Beach, CA, is the perfect place to get to know others on a shared fitness journey. Our group class environment offers the perfect way to meet and connect with others, including our experienced teachers. Since exercises can be done at varying levels of difficulty, our workouts are ideal for everyone from exercise newbies to experienced athletes!
With regular participation in our exercise classes, you’ll see the benefits of exercise in the form of longer, stronger muscles, better stamina and a boost in self-confidence. It doesn't matter where you may be in your fitness journey; people of all fitness levels are welcome here. Our high-intensity, low-impact workouts are safe for everyone.
Each Pure Barre class begins with a group warmup, followed by arm exercises using light weights. Next, we take on the famous ballet barre itself for legs, seat and thigh exercises. Then we move on to abdominal exercises and a concluding cooldown that helps you prepare for the day or evening ahead with a clear mind, properly stretched muscles and a renewed sense of focus.
At Pure Barre, our motivated teachers take great pride in making their sessions fun and rewarding. If you have any questions, your teacher will be more than happy to answer them and give you guidance about how to get the most out of your workout.
Our studio is in the Whole Foods shopping center on the PCH, and we offer classes for people in the Palos Verdes peninsula and the surrounding suburbs of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, and El Segundo.
