Our Pure Barre studio in Parker, CO, offers full-body workouts that help you gain strength and confidence. Our group exercise classes focus on muscle development by incorporating aspects of Pilates, ballet conditioning, and light weight work. We begin each class with a few warmups to prepare your muscles and focus your mind. We then transition into exercises that will isolate and tone your arms, abs, thighs, and seat. We always end each workout with a cooldown and stretching to promote long and lean muscles. Our exercises and our upbeat music are frequently changing so that you always have a different workout.
One of our Pure Barre teachers will lead you through your workout. They will encourage you and challenge you to push yourself to reach your full potential. They will also provide you with guidance on our techniques and form. You will leave feeling refreshed and motivated for your next workout!
