Our group exercise classes incorporate the ballet barre and combine elements of pilates, ballet conditioning, and light weight work. These isometric exercises are designed to isolate and sculpt your arms, core, thighs, and seat by using your own body weight as resistance. Throughout class, you will be motivated by our upbeat music and energetic community. The goal of our workouts is for you to leave feeling refreshed and stronger in your body and mind.
