Our workouts are perfect for virtually everyone. The low-impact nature of the movements is safe enough for a pregnant woman but challenging enough to benefit an elite athlete. In fact, athletes can fit a Pure Barre session in between more high-impact workouts for active recovery.
Pure Barre workouts always start with a group warm-up routine in the middle of the room before getting into light weights. We tone the arms before moving over to the barre for the legs, thighs, and seat routine. We make sure to do a core circuit before stretching you out to keep the muscles lengthened. You'll leave toned, strong and lean.
Our teachers will make sure you get the most out of your routine. They'll play motivational music and guide you through the low-impact, high-intensity movements. You'll turn your mind inward to your body to focus on the movements, so a Pure Barre workout has the added benefit of de-cluttering your mind and almost feels like meditation. It’s a great break from the stress of the day!
