Pure Barre is an efficient group workout class that focuses on muscle development. We begin each class with a few warmups, and then transition into isometric exercises using the ballet barre. Our resistance and body weight exercises will target and tone your arms, abs, seat, and thighs. The environment is energizing and motivating, and full of upbeat music. Although the structure of each class is the same, our workouts change regularly so that you will always leave feeling refreshed.
Our Pure Barre teachers will coach you through each class, providing you with guidance on our techniques. They will encourage you to challenge your body in a safe and effective way. In addition to our Pure Barre classes, we also offer Pure Foundations for beginners to learn our form and movements, and Pure Empower for those wanting a cardio-centric workout designed to elevate your heart rate.
