Located in Richmond Hill, GA, Pure Barre offers classes to residents of Pooler and the surrounding areas too. Our studio sits at the intersection of Abercorn and DeRenne, right across from the Twelve Oaks Shopping Center. Our unique classes make it easy for working professionals, college students, stay-at-home parents and retirees to burn fat while having fun with classmates who have similar fitness goals.
In every class, you will do various exercises on the floor and the ballet barre. Each of these exercises can help you work troublesome areas like the arms, thighs, hips, abs and butt. Pure Barre classes always end with a stretching routine to keep you long and lean.
Our trained instructors know the ins and outs of every exercise done in the classes and can modify them for different body types and fitness levels. That means that if you have trouble making any move on the barre, a trainer can help you feel comfortable but still challenge yourself. Our Pure Barre location offers a few specialty classes, including Pure Foundations for new students, Pure Barre Classic and Platform sessions for extra cardio burn.
