The Pure Barre experience begins the moment you walk into our beautiful studio in Atlanta, GA. Located at 4300 Paces Ferry Road SE, we're toward the back of the Vinings Jubilee shopping center. You'll find us tucked behind the clock tower building, across from LOFT. At Pure Barre, we offer life-changing, low-impact fitness classes to people who want to boost their metabolism and increase their strength and flexibility. Our facility is clean and spacious, we offer ample and easy parking, and we proudly serve the suburbs of Vinings and Smyrna.

The Pure Barre method is designed to work your whole body without stressing your joints. Every class begins with a warmup and arm exercises in the center of the room. Participants then progress to the ballet barre where they perform a series of leg, hip, and seat exercises. Every class finishes with a set of abdominal exercises and a relaxing, refreshing cooldown. The Pure Barre technique involves the use of small, repetitive isometric movements, which promote the development of lean muscle. Our workouts produce a longer and leaner physique rather than a bulky one.

Once you master the Pure Barre basics, you can explore our challenging Pure Empower class, a low-impact, barre-based workout with cardio circuits.
