The minimum age to take class at Pure Barre Chicago - Lakeview is age 18. If you are pregnant, please bring a note from your doctor, clearing you for barre exercise, before your first class.

When you're ready to challenge your body, our Pure Barre location serving the Oak, Hyde, and Orland Park areas of Chicago, Illinois, is a wise choice. Our studio features a safe and effective total body workout. Our modern and spacious studio is located near the Lincoln, Belmont, and Ashland intersection in the Lakeview area. We are also convenient for professionals, students, and parents who live or work in the Roscoe Village, Logan Square, and Lincoln Square neighborhoods. People in the Ravenswood, North Center, and Portage Park areas also come to this location for our workouts.

We have developed an efficient workout that challenges your entire body. Each workout opens with stretches and is followed by weight lifting. At the ballet barre, you will do isometric moves to strengthen and to tone trouble areas such as the hips, waist, and thighs. The workout continues with abdominal exercises and a finishing cooldown. We keep the overall flow of the class the same, but we swap exercises and change up the music to keep things interesting and different from one class to the next.

The instructors at our studio encourage you to do your best. They offer guidance on techniques, and they can help with setting fitness goals. The instructors also provide a supportive community, encouragement, and motivational tips. Each week, our location offers Pure Barre, Pure Foundations, and Platform classes.

People of all fitness levels are encouraged to join us. No skills are necessary for our classes. Beginners through experienced athletes will benefit from the boost in metabolism, increased strength, and endurance provided by our classes.
