When you're ready to challenge your body, try Pure Barre Chicago - Lakeview! We have developed an efficient workout that challenges your entire body. Each Pure Barre class opens with stretches and is followed by weight lifting. At the ballet barre, you will do isometric moves to strengthen and to tone the seat and thighs. The workout continues with abdominal exercises and a finishing cooldown. We keep the overall flow of the class the same, but we swap exercises and change up the music to keep things interesting, fresh and different from one class to the next.
The teachers at our studio encourage you to do your best. They offer guidance on techniques, and encouragement as you work towards your fitness goals. Our teachers also provide a supportive community and motivational tips. And there’s a variety of classes to choose from: Each week, our location offers Pure Barre, Pure Foundations, and Pure Empower classes.
People of all levels of physical ability are encouraged to join us. No skills are necessary for our classes, which are high-intensity but low-impact and easy on joints. That means that beginners through experienced athletes can enjoy a boost in metabolism, strength and endurance provided by our classes.
