Our tried and true method can shape every body and fit any schedule. Draw inspiration from our community of women. Achieve the body you’ve always dreamed of. Sweat away the day. Get lost in the music. Find everything you’re looking for in a workout at Pure Barre.New To Purebarre
We're located in Chicago, Illinois, and we provide classes to the River North neighborhood and the surrounding area. It's easy to find us on the southeast corner of State and Huron. Chicagoland movers and shakers, thinkers and doers, come to us to get in a transformative full-body workout.
Pure Barre classes strengthen both body and mind. Arm exercises, seat-lifting exercises, and ab exercises comprise the flow from warm-up to cooldown. The workout starts with a warm-up in the center of the room followed by arm exercises with light weights. You'll then "hit the barre" to strengthen the muscles in your legs and seat. After working on your seat, a flow of ab exercises will tighten your core. The cooldown is an additional opportunity to get deep into your muscles. Pure Barre classes always follow the same format, but an ever-changing rotation of music and exercises means you'll never take the same class twice!
The instructors at Pure Barre River North will both motivate and challenge you to set new fitness goals. We offer multiple specialty classes. Platform/Empower classes use cardio-based moves to increase total body strength. Breaking Down the Barre classes are a fun -- and free! -- way to learn more about the Pure Barre technique and to get more out of your workout. Our Intensive classes combine the basic Pure Barre workout with an immersive focus on specific muscle groups, like the abs or the thighs. Finally, try a Foundations class to help build confidence as you explore our approach.
Our Pure Barre location welcomes everyone, regardless of fitness level, to experience a class and to discover the benefits of our low-impact, full-body workouts.
