Our training studio in Evanston, IL, also serves the suburbs of Skokie, Wilmette, Rogers Park, Lincoln Wood and Edgewater. Each Pure Bare class is designed to help work your body in a way that is challenging and effective. You will get into shape quickly by mastering the exciting world of Pure Barre fitness.
Each class focuses on using isometric movements to work your muscles. Your arms, legs, thighs and hips will be toned, and the routine ends with stretching to keep your muscles lean. Our workout sessions are centered on the ballet barre to give you stability and to keep each exercise exciting.
Our trainers have been specially picked to provide you with an exciting and comprehensive experience. Each trainer knows the Pure Barre routines and is happy to modify an exercise or introduce you to a challenging routine. If you are new to our specialty classes, you can try out the basic course to receive a complete and exciting workout. You can also try out Intensives, which are monthly classes that work specific areas of the body. Date Nights are another fun option because they pair you up with a partner.
