Simply put, Pure Barre is a group fitness workout that focuses on muscle development. Our workouts incorporate aspects of Pilates, ballet conditioning, and light weight work, alongside the ballet barre. By using your body weight as resistance, you will be able to tighten and tone your core, arms, seat, and thighs. Although the structure and flow of each class is similar, we frequently change the exercises and upbeat music so your workout is always fresh and exciting.
