Our location is easy to get to and is situated near Ontario between Fairbanks and McClurg in the Streeterville neighborhood.
Our workouts allow you to block out the worries of life and to focus on your body. We start out with stretches and weight lifting to warm up and to tone your muscles. At the barre, you will do a series of exercises specifically designed to target common trouble areas, such as your waist, hips, thighs, and seat. Following the ballet barre, we guide you through abdominal exercises and a few more stretches to cool you down. Every workout is a unique experience with different music and exercises designed to challenge your body.
Our instructors offer encouragement and support during every session. They can also help you set personal goals. Our location is proud to offer specialty classes on a weekly basis. These include Intensives, Platform/Empower, Breaking Down the Barre, and Pure Barre Foundations.
