If you want to become fitter, leaner, and more confident, our Pure Barre location in Naperville, Illinois, is a wise choice. We offer total-body workouts in a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment. Situated in downtown Naperville near popular shops and restaurants, our location is ideal for stay-at-home parents, commuters, students, and retirees who want a boost in their fitness. Residents of the nearby communities of Aurora, Bolingbrook, Wheaton, Downers Grove, and Hinsdale are also welcome to join us for fitness sessions.

Our workouts will start with gentle stretches to warm up your muscles. We'll then proceed to weightlifting to strengthen your upper body. Your middle and lower sections will get challenged at the ballet barre. You will be guided through a variety of moves to work your seat, hips, and thighs. To address the tummy and back, we'll coach you through abdominal exercises. A short cooldown concludes the session. We keep things fun with upbeat music that changes from one class to the next.

We've selected instructors who are positive and encouraging. The instructors will offer guidance and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you're new and you need coaching on form and posture, the instructors will do that, too. In addition to our classic classes, we offer Barre-ties, which are fun parties for your special event.

We support anyone who wants to join us. Beginners, expert athletes, and those in the middle will gain strength, endurance, and a faster metabolism by joining us. Anyone can benefit from our full-body workouts.
