If you want to become fitter, leaner, and more confident, our Pure Barre location in Naperville, Illinois, can help you get there! We offer total-body workouts in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment.

Our workouts begin with gentle stretches to warm up your muscles. Then we proceed to weightlifting to strengthen your upper body. Next, your middle and lower sections get challenged at the ballet barre, with movements that work the seat, legs and thighs. Abdominal exercises come next, and a short cooldown concludes the session. Though every class follows this basic structure, our teachers keep things fun with upbeat music that changes from one class to the next.

At Pure Barre of Naperville, our teachers are positive and encouraging, offering guidance and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you're new and you need coaching on form and posture, your teacher is there to help. In addition to our classic classes, we offer Barre-ties, which are fun parties for your special event.
