When endurance or energy levels need a boost, the staff at Pure Barre South Loop can help you reach your fitness goals. We have many trainers and proudly serve locals in Oak Park, Orland Park, Hyde Park, and other suburbs in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The workouts that we offer are suitable for everyone because we structure the routines so that they appeal to teens, adults, and seasoned athletes.

During the early phase of our workouts, we implement strategic procedures so that you won't have to deal with pain and discomfort after the routines are over. The warm-up activities are easy, and we use traditional fitness gear in order to prepare muscles for lengthy exercises. We prepare arms by using light weights that have a solid grip. In order to warm up other muscles, we rely on special equipment that's easy to use. After everyone is ready to go, the main workout at the barre begins, and our trainers provide coaching throughout the entire process.

All of our trainers are encouraging and strive to make the routines fun and challenging. This is why we offer specialty classes on a regular basis. Our Pure Foundations class is ideal for individuals who have never tried our workouts because each session focuses on various aspects of our workout. The Breaking Down the Barre class is suitable for anyone who needs more information about certain portions of the Pure Foundations class.
